Refund policy

At Glowchi.net, we want you to be delighted with your skincare. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return service.


Return Conditions

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we delivered the wrong item or a faulty product.
  • All items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original undamaged packaging.
  • To comply with EU hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened containers, jars, tubes, bottles, or any products with broken seals.
  • Returns must include all free gifts, minis, or promotional items received with your order. If not returned, the full retail value of those items may be deducted from your refund.
  • Any replacements sent are non-returnable unless damaged.
  • B2B (business-to-business) transactions are not eligible under this policy.

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you (or your nominated person) received your order to request a return.
  • For multi-shipment orders, the 14-day period begins on the day the final item is delivered.

How to Return

  2. Package items securely in a sturdy return box.
  3. Keep courier proof of postage — we cannot process refunds for parcels lost in transit without confirmation of dispatch.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
